The SHENGFEI double offset soft seat high performance butterfly valves are with superior long service life over 100,000 cycles ( zero leakage shutoff ) and extremely easy maintenance in the field. The RTFE soft seat provides a bi-directional bubble tight shutoff (zero leakage). The unique seat design creates a self-energized seal in vacuum-to-low pressure applications. Under higher pressure conditions, the seat is also designed to permit, confine, and direct movement of the soft seat against the disc edge. The stem is one piece blowout-proof, Square end connect to operator. Rigorously 100% internal tests and third-party inspections will be performed on the customer’s request.
